At the beginning of 2025, Gaya Lastovjak's works was included in the artists' catalogue of the Centre of Polish Sculpture in Orońsko. This is an extraordinary distinction, because this institution is considered one of the most important on the artistic map of Polish art.

The Centre of Polish Sculpture takes up the area of the former 19th century manorial complex, whose last owners were the family of Józef Brandt, displaced by Germans during the WWII. In 1945 the estate was nationalized and in 1958 the park and palace complex gained the status of a historical monument. In the 1960s the Centre for Sculptors’ Creative Work was established here, the historical buildings were assigned to serve as sculpting ateliers and the first exhibitions were launched. In 1974 the centre run by the Association of Polish Artists (ZPAP) was named the Centre of Polish Sculpture, and in 1981 the Centre became an institution subordinated to the Ministry of Culture and Art. The years 1981–1986 brought an extensive renovation of the complex and adaptation of the buildings to serve exhibition functions. Technological base for artist was established, as well. In 1992 the exhibition Polish Modern Sculpture 1955–1991 inaugurated the activity of the Museum of Modern Sculpture, which together with galleries situated in the park presents over a dozen of exhibitions annually. At present, the Centre is a meeting place for artists from all sides of the world, collects artworks, implements a programme of exhibitions and research, as well as provides sculptors with assistance in their creative work.

The catalogue of artists' portfolios is not big, of a very high standard. Being in it is a pride for every artist.

Na początku 2025 roku prace Gayi Lastovjak zostały wpisane do katalogu artystów Centrum Rzeźby Polskiej w Orońsku. Jest to niezwykłe wyróżnienie, ponieważ Centrum Rzeźby jest uznawane jest za jedną z najbardziej cenionych instytucji na artystycznej mapie polskiej sztuki.

Centrum Rzeźby Polskiej zajmuje teren dziewiętnastowiecznego majątku dworskiego, którego ostatnimi właścicielami była rodzina Józefa Brandta, wysiedlona w czasie II wojny światowej przez Niemców. W 1945 roku majątek przejął skarb państwa. W 1958 roku uzyskał on status zabytku jako zespół parkowo-pałacowy. W latach 60. XX wieku utworzono tu Ośrodek Pracy Twórczej Rzeźbiarzy, historyczne budynki przeznaczono na pracownie, a w parku pojawiły się pierwsze wystawy. W 1974 roku ośrodkowi pod egidą ZPAP nadano nazwę Centrum Rzeźby Polskiej, zaś w 1981 Centrum stało się instytucją podległą Ministerstwu Kultury i Sztuki. Lata 1981–1986 to okres kompleksowego remontu założenia i adaptacji zabytkowych budynków do funkcji wystawienniczych. Powstało także zaplecze techniczne dla twórców. W 1992 wystawą „Nowoczesna rzeźba polska 1955–1991” zainaugurowano działalność Muzeum Rzeźby Współczesnej, które wraz z galeriami rozlokowanymi w parku prezentuje kilkanaście ekspozycji rocznie. Centrum jest obecnie miejscem spotkań artystów z różnych stron świata, gromadzi dzieła sztuki, realizuje program wystawienniczy i naukowo-badawczy, stanowi zaplecze dla pracy twórczej rzeźbiarzy.

Katalog z portfolio artystów jest niewielkie i ma bardzo wysoki poziom. Znalezienie się w nim jest powodem do dumy dla każdego artysty.
